When the sun comes up, I'm usually already up. I like to watch the sunrise and spend a little Me Time meditating and journaling before my workout. And that's only 9-Minutes long. Short and sweet.
With a long and successful career in fitness and wellness, I began working with women over 30 years ago and have never looked back. This led to many speaking engagements which I have always loved.

To really appreciate food - sometimes you need to go without. It's called FASTING. And I will teach you the ancient art of Fasting and show you why its so beneficial. And we'll spend time Eating Consciously - which means you will listen to what your body wants and interpret the signals as a guide to your health. Your body will appreciate as you tune in to the food than eat.

This evidence based modality, once learned, helps release self sabotage, stress, anxiety and food cravings. Its quick and efficient. This is a tool that you can use anytime anywhere - so you'll never stay 'stuck' again.

Here is the uncomfortable truth - Weight is the product of any emotion not dealt with! So the journey out of any weight situation involves releasing the emotions tied to the words, deeds and people of your past. As we release these old stories and emotions, we discover self love and self worth returning to fill our hearts. And the best part is the weight disappears alone the way.
